It's simple. Most of our clients already have a specific problem they want to solve using AI. We help define the requirements as a Use Case - to insure it will solve their customers' end problem. Then we propose the best machine learning methods to solve the problem, how much time & budget are required, and we write a project plan (Statement of Work) as a Gannt chart schedule with details such as: required data and any other resources needed from the client.

We also have deep experience in corporate strategic planning & product development, and so we can optionally help clients select prioritized Uses Cases and help integrate this into a traditional enterprise-wide Strategic Planning process, if desired.
